2. HONEY
It is a highly effective aphrodisiac for both men and women. It has a revigorating effect, is very nourishing, and leads to the quantitative increase of the secretions of the sexual glands, and in small quantities (2 teaspoonfuls a day) it helps adjusting the body weight.

Its energetical value is quite high, and because it is easily assimilated by the organism it is a very effective and precious energizer.

It is used as such as an aphrodisiac, or as support for medicinal plants or other remedies with aphrodisiac effects.

It is known and reputed as an aphrodisiac in the erotic arts of the great majority of the people around the world and is considered a love-elixir. In the mythology of many people, honey is depicted as a celestial gift from the gods.

An Arabic scientist, named Djenilouss recommended several hundreds years back: “the person who feels weakened should drink one glass of thick honey before going to bed and eat 20 almonds and 100 pine seeds. This diet should be observed for 30 days.” This recipe has not lost its validity, despite its age.

Another simple and famous recipe consists of one yolk of an egg, one spoon of liquid honey, 100 ml of warm milk, and a little cardamom powder. This recipe is recommended for weak men.

The honey is recommended especially in liquid form. Warming it up leads to a decrease of its curative value, due to the annulment of its enzymatic properties (a temperature above 45 Celsius degrees destroys the enzymes).

It would be ideal to use honey obtained from one plant only. For a more pronounced aphrodisiac effect consume forest, sunflower, fir or acacia honey, and avoid as much as possible poppy and linden tree honey.

Honey is especially suited for the preservation of vitamin-fruits such as sea buckthorn, hibiscus, blackberries, etc.

3. NUTS
They are a very energetical aliment (the energetical value of the nuts is 660-710 cal/100 gr.), with a high content of proteins (14%), fat (63%) and glucides (15%). They are extremely rich in zinc, copper, and vitamin E, containing also small quantities of vitamins A, B1, B2 and C.

The nuts are recommended as aphrodisiacs for both men and women, especially for those having to deal with physical weakness, anemia, etc. The nuts are said to stimulate also the sperm secretion.

People suffering of or predisposed to sclerosis of the arteries should eat nuts, as they are reputed as an anti-sclerotic remedy. Their energetic value is comparable to that of the meat, and they still hold the advantage of being much, much healthier. Moreover, they are easier to digest as compared to other aliments of the same consistency.

The nuts contain great quantities of the F2 vitamin, which makes them highly recommended in the treatment of impotence and sterility.

The F vitamin is a new name for what we used to know as unsaturated fat acids. The F vitamin plays an important part in the assimilation of the A vitamin and especially E vitamin, essential in preserving one’s sexual potency.

4. MUSHROOMS
Mushrooms are an aliment with a high energetical value. They contain great levels of proteins (which made them famous as the “vegetal meat”) and vitamins (B1, B2, C and pro-vitamin A) and this makes them a very useful aliment for those in need of a rich and consistent diet.

In the East, the mushrooms are traditionally used by lovers. They are said to amplify the vital and erotic energy and in the same time they stimulate the transformation, the sublimation of these energies.

Recent researches have underlined the fact that the majority of the eatable mushrooms have remarkable effects in organic and cerebral stimulation.

They add greatly to the needs of our organisms in minerals: zinc, potassium, calcium, cobalt, copper, iodine, magnesium, manganese.

They are a little harder to digest due to their richness in cellulose and therefore it is recommended that they are chewed very slowly and thoroughly.

The mushrooms preserved in hermetic vessels, if improperly dried or if humid are a suitable environment for very harmful microorganisms. Therefore we recommend drying them up and storing them in paper-bags, in a dry place.

Final warning: as mushroom intoxications are very dangerous, sometimes even lethal, you should be extremely cautious in buying them. It is better to avoid purchasing them from doubtful sources.

5. CELERY
Known also as an aphrodisiac medicinal plant, the celery is a traditional element in preserving or regaining one’s sexual power. It contains many minerals (calcium, phosphor, potassium, magnesium) and vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, A).

The leaves are recommended as spices in many vitalizing foods, or salads, as well as in the treatment of sexual impotence or insufficiency, especially in the case of overweight persons. The fresh leaves of celery are a great stimulant of the hormonal activity.

Almonds have a great nutritive power. The pits of the sweet almonds are rich in proteins and lipids. Besides their high energetic value (600 calories/100 gr) they are also rich in mineral substances, especially calcium, iron, phosphor and potassium. Also contain B-complex vitamins, and vitamin A.

Almonds are indicated especially in the diet of underweight men, with anemia and an insufficiency of calcium and magnesium.

Due to their reduced content of glucides they are also indicated in the diet of the diabetic persons. However, one should always follow the middle path, especially in a diet.

7. SESAME SEEDS
Sesame, as they aliments prepared from sesame seeds, has a great energetic value and is very rich in vitamin E. Sesame is an aliment that particularly stimulates virility.

In India it is considered an aliment of the rasayana group, meaning “the prolonger of life”. It has a pronounced Yang character.

A product derived from sesame is halva of sesame and honey, which is one of the best aphrodisiac aliments.

In Arabia, for prolonging the sexual act is recommended that the man eats a sesame paste named tahini, resembling somewhat with butter, but made integrally of sesame.

8. ONION
Onion is one of the most common and known aphrodisiacs. It is also very easy to obtain it. Its popularity as an aphrodisiac reached such peaks that in some Catholic monasteries the monks were forbidden to eat onions.

From the point of view of its chemical composition, the onion contains especially the B complex of vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9), pro-vitamin A, and in smaller quantities vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, potassium, flour, iodine,manganese,nickel, and silicium.

Green onion is 2 times richer in calcium and iron, 5 times richer in potassium and chrome, and 3 times richer in vitamin C than mature, dried onion.

The onion is a powerful nervous stimulant, renowned glandular balancer, and a stimulant of the immune system. It is recommended in several cures of purification and vitalization, due to its depurative qualities.

Besides being an aphrodisiac, it also helps fight some diseases that cause impotence, such as: urinary infections, diabetes, etc.

In the following we will introduce to you some aphrodisiac recipes from ancient Arabic texts dating from 1300. However, if you should consider applying these recipes, please take into account the fact that in over six centuries, the human organism has changed and it may not process as easily the aliments described here.

RECEIPES:
1. The man who will eat for three days the yolks of three eggs mixed with chopped onions will have endurance through a whole night of lovemaking. (careful with the liver, though).

2. To enhance a man’s vigor, prepare some onion juice, then add an equal quantity of honey and boil slowly until the honey melts entirely. Then it is taken from the fire and is served either cold or warm. (You may even get better results if you do not process this mixture thermally, you may simply mix the ingredients in the blender).

3. Chop and fry the onion in oil with aromas and spices, and then mix with the yolk of the eggs. Eat this meal for several days.

Note: Some persons do not tolerate the onion as well as others, and therefore the effect may be the reverse of the desired one: there may be states of somnolence, even digestive problems, especially if these aliments are consumed excessively.

For people with a slow digestion it is recommended to spice the onion and egg mixture with plenty of condiments such as: pepper, hot pepperoni, curry, ginger, fennel, and other spices that improve the digestive process.

Another note should be made regarding the smell raw onion leaves. This may not be very aphrodisiac, therefore you must think carefully and find a solution to go through with these dietary recommendations and still be as charming and as classy as always.

We remind you that the effects of the plants and aliments in general is not instantaneous (to disappear just as quickly as it appeared), but it acts in time, balancing and enhancing the sexual energy gradually.

9. GARLIC
Garlic is a famous aphrodisiac in both the East and West. For instance, in Japan it used to be considered a basic aphrodisiac, reaching the fame of honey in this respect. It is also used as a spice in various meals, strengthening the organism.

Of great importance to the human organism is the garlic’s beneficial effect in infections, due to some chemical substances that compose it.

It is successfully used in fighting the infections of the genitalia, and it may be applied both internally and externally. Used raw, as a spice, the garlic has tonic, aphrodisiac and balancing effects on the organism.

In the folk tradition, garlic is used to avoid nocturnal ejaculation, while sleeping, as well as in the treatment of the precocious ejaculation, when it is necessary to eat at least one clove of garlic.

RECIPE
GARLIC JUICE WITH HONEY AND PROPOLIS: One teaspoon of garlic juice plus 1-3 honey teaspoons plus 1 teaspoon of propolis tincture, used in the treatment of renal infections, colds, and impotence caused by an infectious disease.

An Arab doctor notes in a writing from 1300: “Men who have lost their sexual potency due to an infectious disease should eat spiced foods, with plenty of garlic, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and pepper.”

In great quantities, garlic slows the processes of thinking, and therefore moderation is advisable. For the people who cannot stand the garlic in their diet is recommended to drink apple-vinegar with water or lemon juice after eating garlic.

Many researchers in the naturist medical field recommend in the prophylaxis of colds to eat 2 cloves of garlic daily. This is also useful in other disorders of the respiratory tracts, for hormonal balance and in the cure of cardiac-vascular diseases.

Some researches indicate the fact that garlic has beneficial effects on the psychic activity, acting in the sense of bringing balance.

Moreover, the action of garlic as an anti-cancer agent has been confirmed.

10. YOLK OF EGG
The yolk is one of the most important aliments recommended to the people who want to stop eating meat.

Its content of proteins is 15 %, lipids 12-13 %, and mineral salts 0,8-1,1%. it also contains vitamins A, D, E and in smaller quantities vitamins B1, B2, B12. Among the minerals we mention: calcium, phosphor, iron, zinc, magnesium.

The yolk is more easily digested than the egg-white, therefore we recommend that you avoid as much as possible, of course eating the egg-white.

The yolk is recommended especially to persons who lack vitality, and who cannot eat large quantities of food at one meal. It is also recommended that the yolk is associated to spices, to make the digestion even easier.

The yolk is also as famous as honey from the point of view of its value and action as aphrodisiac. To benefit from this particular quality, associate the yolk with honey and spices, or honey and milk.

Here are some excerpts from the ancient Eastern writings: “the man desiring to make love all through the night should eat many eggs fried in fresh butter.” (careful with your liver!)

“The result will be delightful and amazing for the person eating the yolks of eggs mixed with cinnamon and pepper for several days.”

Advices of a very smart sheik: “The man who eats every morning, on an empty stomach the yolk will soon note that this aliment is a powerful excitant. The same result is obtained if we mix the yolks with fresh chopped onions and we consume this for 3 days.”

We will eat eggs in moderate quantities, of course, otherwise there is the risk of liver problems. The persons with a slow digestion should be particularly careful with this aliment. Usually, the yolks are easier digestible if they are not boiled or fried, but taken as such, raw.

Caution: Avoid eating eggs, even the yolks alone in large quantities if you suffer of: hepatic insufficiency, lesions of the intestinal mucous membrane, gal affections and any disorders related to these.

11. MILK
Milk is a highly nutritive aliment, recommended especially to people who have a delicate, frail bodily constitution, who lack calcium, as well as to convalescents and ill persons.

Consuming milk has a preserving effect on the organism, helping the formation of the muscular, sanguine, nervous tissues, as well as the formation of strong, healthy bones. It is effective in fighting spasmophilia. It gives physical vigor and helps preserving a normal state of health.

Combined with honey and aromatic spices, such as ginger, cardamom, fennel, cloves, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, the milk is a very powerful aphrodisiac aliment.

The persons who are overweight, or who suffer because of the following disorders and affections will consume only very small quantities of milk, spiced richly with ginger: sinusitis, chronic allergy, too much mucus.

Moreover, the persons whose digestion is slow will be careful when consuming milk, as this causes flatulence, and ultimately it will lead to indigestion.

It is advisable that the milk be not consumed when barely taken out of the fridge. The best milk is 100% natural milk, taken under the adequate conditions of hygiene.

12. GOAT MILK
The goat milk has all the qualities of the normal cow milk, with the difference that its nutritive value is greater. It is one of the most effective vitalizing aliments, especially is consumed without previous boiling. It adds great vitality and virility to the men who drink it.

It has a very powerful rejuvenating effect is drank daily, with honey, and associated with a diet of raw fruits and vegetables.

13. SUNFLOWER SEEDS

Moreover, this bread has a Yang predominance, fact that makes it quite important in one’s diet.

The sunflower seeds have a restorative effect on the sexual glands due to the intake of vitamin E. They are also very good in the treatment of the vascular impotence, in the rejuvenating cures with raw fruits and vegetables, as they have an energetic in-take that compensates the law-calories number of the raw meals.

14. THE NATURAL SUNFLOWER OIL
The term “natural sunflower oil” refers to the oil extracted from the sunflower seeds through cold pressing, without being refined. This oil is very rich in E vitamin and F vitamin.

It also contains other natural substances easily assimilated by the organism, substances that balance, and readjust the digestion, lower the cholesterol, balance the arterial tension, anti-arterosclerotic, and anti-toxic.

It is recommended in fighting the aging diseases and as rejuvenating agent.

However, there are some drawbacks, as are in the case of any oil: they are most effective and healthier if used as such, without thermal preparation, or in any case without allowing it to reach temperatures of over 100 Celsius degrees, as it happens when we fry something.

There are no contraindications in using sunflower virgin oil, its quantitative limits is given by each person’s capacity to digest it.

From an energetical point of view, we note that the sunflower virgin oil has a pronounced Yang character.

THE CURE WITH VIRGIN SUNFLOWER OIL
In the morning, after brushing the teeth as usually, take almost a mouthful of sunflower oil, and suck it, as if sucking a candy, for 10-15 minutes, without swallowing any of it.

Do this calmly, without tension or rush, “push” the oil back and forth through the teeth, without swallowing not even a drop. This is done in the morning, on an empty stomach.

After about 15-20 minutes the oil becomes white and more liquid than previously. You need to throw this oil away, because all the toxins have been taken into it and swallowing it can prove quite dangerous.

After throwing the oil, wash your mouth with plenty of water. If the oil is not approximately milk-white, but yellow, this signifies that you have not done the procedure correctly and you need to do it again.

Moreover, if you wish to accelerate the treatment, you need to repeat the method 2-3 times a day. The first visible results are: a better flow of blood in the coronarian area and teeth whitening.

This cure has a tonic effect on the person who performs it. Oil is not a medicine, but a pure aliment, and therefor the effects are perceived on the level of the whole organism.

It is useful in cases of bronchitis, tooth aches, chronic diseases of the blood, stomach disorders, intestinal, cardiac, renal, gynecologic, and articular affections, as well as tumor in general. You must follow this cure as described until the signs of the disease have disappeared completely.

Caution: It is possible that throughout the treatment, the disorder or the disease you are suffering from first becomes worse, but in fact this only signals that the organism has begun to react energically and that the toxins are being cleaned. Therefore the treatment should not be interrupted.

15. SPAWN
Spawn are very rich in calories and therefore a very consistent aliment. They contain phosphor and are in the category of powerful aphrodisiacs. Eating spawn enhances sexual potency, sexual appetite, resistance, and grants energy and resistance to effort.

They are especially recommended to people with frail, weak physical constitutions, who do not have resistance to efforts and who have problems in getting and keeping a strong erection.

As always, we recommend moderation. Remember that the middle path is always the most secure to walk upon. Spawn are an excellent rejuvenating agent as well as revitalizing. They are indicated in cases of neurasthenia, asthenia, and anemia.

Because they belong to the category of aliments that are more difficult to digest, it is advisable that you also perform exercises for activating the inner fire, so that you will have a better digestion and assimilation.

These exercises are: The Abdominal retraction (Uddiyana Bandha), The Triangle Pose (Trikonasana), The Navel Pose (Nabhiasana), The Sun Salutation (Suryanamaskara).

Contraindications in eating spawn: arterial hypertension, rheumatism, apoplexy, and skin irritations and erruptions.

16. CAVIAR
Caviar represents in fact the spawn of a species of fish, sturgeons. Mainly it has the same effects as the regular spawn. It is easier to digest than the spawn, however moderation is strongly indicated here as well.

In Europe, the caviar is the symbol of eroticism and zest for life, and is usually associated to various other exciting foods in order to enhance the erotic pleasure and to enhance the energy, in general.

In the following we introduce to you some beneficial aliments in the sense of balancing, stimulating and bringing harmony on the sexual level.

1. POLLEN
It is one of the medicine-foods that have a quick and ample revigorating effect. It stimulates all the vital processes of a person and is an important element acting in all cures of rejuvenation.

In the cases of loss of the sexual appetite because of stress or a temporary weakness, it acts efficiently reestablishing a normal sexual activity in only two weeks from the beginning of the pollen cure.

The pollen contains many substances with an important role in preserving and enhancing the masculine potency: arginine (arginine is one of the eight essential amino acids. It is contained in the spermatic cells in proportion of 80%. In its absence, it has been noted a decrease in the sexual appetite in both men and women), zinc, and vitamins.

It is a very Yang element, and is very important in enhancing one’s masculine energy.

The pollen cure begins with 15 to 20 grams a day, taken on an empty stomach in one or two portions. The pollen should be chewed for at least five minutes before being swallowed. This cure is usually recommended two weeks, but it can be prolonged for months or even years, as the pollen has no side-effects.

For very weakened persons it is recommended to begin the treatment with 30 grams of pollen sometimes 40 grams two or three times, and then to take the usual quantity.

Some authors recommend that the initial doses be only 10 grams and the ordinary, daily doses of 5 grams. There have been reported cases of pollen abuse that (as any other case of abuse) had noxious effects perceived mainly at the level of the liver.

However, the great majority of the clinical tests indicated no side-effects at the doses of 30 grams per day. However, if you decide to take pollen and feel uncomfortable, or if you have a history of liver or hepatic problems, it is best if you take only half of the quantities recommended here.

Chew each intake of pollen as much as you can, minimum 5 minutes and maximum 15-20 minutes. In the cases of pollen allergy, you may grind the pollen and mix it with honey.

An important note should be made with regards to the quality of the pollen you buy. Its color may differ according to the plants from which it was harvested, but it will always taste sweet, not bitter, nor sour.

The bitter taste indicates that the pollen was burnt while drying, and the sour taste indicates that the pollen has degraded and that it should not be consumed under any circumstances, because it is highly toxic.

However, you should store your pollen in the refrigerator as at a temperature of over 15 Celsius degrees there may appear larvae in it.

You should also keep it away from any sources of humidity, as it will degrade and taste sour. The healthiest pollen is the fresh one. You may still keep the pollen even twelve months if you store it in dry and cold places.

Alongside with its action as a stimulant of the sexual activity, the pollen also has other great qualities: it regulates the bodily weight, stimulates the mental processes, fights depression and anxiety.

It is very good in treating vascular disorders that have as a direct effect the insufficient irrigation with blood of the pelvic area, which in time leads to secondary impotence.

In the following, we present in detail the cereals recommended by Dr. George Oshawa in his Regime number seven.

1. WHEAT
Alongside millet, wheat has been cultivated traditionally in almost all parts of the world. Its usage as a basic aliment is justified by its components: vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, B6, D, E, K, PP and minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, copper, etc.

It may be consumed as wheat porridge (made of wheat whole meal), as bread (see the recipe), or boiled for ten minutes in water and then baked with salt, in the frying pan, without oil, just a little water.

It is a Yang aliment.

In case we do not have wheat whole meal, we may prepare the following: instead of 1 kg of whole meal we mix 600 gr of normal wheat flour and 400 gr of fresh wheat husk. This mixture has an important advantage: the fresh husk preserves more of the complex B vitamins than the whole meal stored for several months and used only afterwards.

RECIPE:
Take two handfuls of washed and dried wheat, grind to obtain a fine and homogeneous flour. Mix the whole meal obtained thus with a tea-spoon of salt (according to your taste as well) and add water until it gains the consistency needed.

Place a griddle in the oven, let it heat, and then turn the flame to middle. Take a part of the mixture, of the size you desire (make sure they are not too big, as they might not bake well) and roll it until it becomes like a fish-stick of approximately two-finger-width, or make round cakes of approximately one finger height.

For good baking, they need to be turned on all sides, according to the intensity of the fire. When they are roasted and hardened a little, also without losing elasticity, you may take them out and place them under a napkin or a kitchen towel so as they will not lose their humidity.

INTEGRAL RICE
This is the rice to which only the first sheath was taken away, keeping a part of its protein shell. It is somewhat yellowish in color, and required 5 to 10 minutes longer when boiled. It is more consistent, and contains the following vitamins: A, B1, B6, and minerals: calcium, phosphor, potassium, magnesium.

It is an energetical aliment, recommended in the processes of growth and repair of the organism. It also has a slight hypo tensor effect, reason for which it is indicated in preventing vascular impotence and other complications of hyper-tension.

3. MILLET
Millet is one of the cereals with a long history on the Old Continent. The traditional hominy was made of millet, not of corn.

It is a rich, complex cereal, containing minerals such as phosphor, calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc and vitamin A in great quantities. It is used more as a medicine-food rather than food and is recommended in recovery, asthenia, urinary infection, impotence, psychic disorders.

Millet hominy is at least just as tasty as the corn hominy and has the advantage that it is Yang and has the therapeutic actions we just mentioned. There are still known old recipes for cakes made of millet. It is a Yang aliment.

4. BUCKWHEAT
From the point of view of the energetical polarity, buckwheat is the most Yang of all the cereals. Due to some of its therapeutic qualities, this cereal is very precious in one’s diet, especially in vessel-protection, and revitalizing cures.

It is easy to digest and as a plus, it is slightly spicy and this makes it very tasty. It is recommended in the treatment of vascular impotence, intoxication with alcohol or tobacco, and in the diet of old people, as the buckwheat prevents sclerosis.

Another plus for consuming large quantities of the buckwheat is the fact that it puts on the brake on the development of cancerous cells, making it an important medicine-aliment in the treatment of cancer. It is a very Yang aliment.

From the point of view of their energetical value, the foods are divided in two main categories: foods that amplify the Yang energy and foods that amplify the Yin energy.

This influence exercised by the food on the polarities of our being is not equal. For instance, pollen has a more solar, Yang energetical “charge” than wheat, for instance.

YANG CEREALS
Integral cereals are complete aliments. In order to amplify one’s Yang energy, there are several cereals that are highly useful in this task. The doctor George Oshawa has perfected a series of diets, mainly based on cereals. These diets aim at amplifying the Yang, masculine energy.

George Oshawa, known also as Nyoti Sakurazawa is the founder of the concept of macrobiotic medicine, quite fashionable during the past few decades in the West.

He promoted a balanced diet from the point of view of the energetical intake of the food, considering that a correct regime of food is in fact a very effective medicine against any disease ultimately.

He was one of the first supporters of Eastern therapies including acupuncture. George Oshawa enjoyed a special prestige in Europe, where he is widely known and respected.

The most famous of these diets is the Number 7 Oshawa Diet, or simply, The Oshawa Diet. It lasts for ten days, and is composed of Yang cereals only: integral wheat, integral rice, millet, and buckwheat.

These cereals are boiled or baked, salted according to your taste, but with no other aliments added. In exceptional cases there are allowed medicinal plants in the diet, besides the water and the salt.

Many cases of premature impotence, of impotence caused by abuse of alcohol and narcotics, or caused by diabetes or even cancer were cured with this diet.

This diet is recommended most of all to people who have tendencies to overweight. It is also recommended to people with Yin imbalances and to people with chronic diseases.

The Oshawa Diet enhances the control over the sexual and vital energy, is effective in fighting premature ejaculation and nocturnal pollutions.

This regime is also indicated as a self-treatment in fighting a series of sexual deviations such as masturbation and homosexuality.
